Despite its small size, the Fenix Mini cools the vapour perfectly, making inhalations extremely comfortable. The vaporisation temperature can be freely adjusted to within 1 degree Celsius, and heating up is instantaneous – taking less than 30 seconds! This, combined with great performance, makes the Fenix Mini one of the most cost-effective vaporisers available.

The size of the Fenix Mini Vaporizer may surprise you – it’s so small that not only will it fit in any pocket, but you can easily manage to conceal it entirely in your hand. The casing is metal and very sturdy, at the same time it is black and matt, so it is unobtrusive. The Fenix Mini is built from high quality materials and makes a very solid impression. There are 3 buttons on the side of the unit – an on/off switch and 2 buttons for temperature control. On the top of the device, right next to the mouthpiece, there is an easy-to-read display from which we can read, among other things, the temperature and battery level. After removing the mouthpiece, the steel heating chamber, which is rather small in size, is revealed.

The Fenix Mini Vaporizer heats the vapour by hybrid means (a combination of convection and convection), with convection being predominant – we do not have detailed technical data, but according to experts, the heating is approximately 70% convection, while the walls of the chamber only heat the vapour. The heating system is therefore very efficient and promotes the economical use of the dried product. The vapour produced by the Fenix Mini is excellent – it is smooth, properly cooled, dense and rich in active substances. In this respect, the Fenix Mini could confidently compete with significantly more expensive vaporiser models. In turn, the relatively small size of the chamber (it holds up to a maximum of 0.15 g of dried product) enables low consumption of dried product, which entails significant savings.

The temperature can be freely adjusted (to the nearest 1 degree) between 160 and 221 degrees Celsius. This is a range that is quite sufficient for vaporising the most common type of dried product. Heating up is instantaneous – the vaporisation temperature is reached in under 30 seconds, which is a great advantage. The kit also includes a quartz cartridge for vaporising concentrates, but this did not fare too well in testing – so although in theory this is a model capable of vaporising both dried and concentrates, in practice we recommend the Fenix Mini only for use with dried plants. Apart from this minor disadvantage, the Fenix Mini is extremely simple both in operation and on the inhalation technique side. Even complete beginners can cope with it.

The Fenix Mini Vaporiser is powered by a built-in 1600 mAh battery. This is a lithium-polymer type 18500 battery. When fully charged, the battery allows approximately 50 minutes of continuous use. Charging takes about 90 minutes, which is relatively short. The battery is charged via a micro-USB port, which also allows it to be charged using a powerbank.
